BODY FUELS INC., a business of social impact, is the culmination of Chef Colette's vast experience and knowledge in the nutritional healing realm. All recipes are intricately designed to bring balance to our bodies.
No matter the mood, function or time of day, there is something for everyone to "eat well and do good"! We FUEL the brains and bellies of the future.
CHEF COLETTE is a professional holistic chef, industry professional and experienced detox consultant who has designed detox and juice programs, recipes and menus. She has lived and worked in many countries and has been involved in all areas of health, wellness and food industries. From building kitchens, training chef teams to crafting recipes and menus for some of the world's most renowned places of healing, such as detox resorts, hotels and spas in Asia, Costa Rica and Europe. The path has led her to a new home in Vancouver, BC, Canada and this is where you will join us on the journey.
Chef Colette, has travelled lands far and wide experiencing and connecting with people from all over, to learn and identify the most powerful natural medicines that our gracious earth has given to us.
She's not just a pretty face with an old soul. Her experience with food, healing and how they are bound together goes back almost 20 years. Her background is in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics as well as Holistic Nutrition. She also graduated from a culinary school in California that specializes in raw, vegan and plant based cuisine. This combination and skill set has been at the forefront of her work as a chef and food design consultant.
